The TACH WITH SYSTEM CHECK (F32950) is an electronic tachometer that counts the number of pulses produced by the fuel system, inverter, tach signal generator, or magnetic pickup sender with a measurement limit of 7000 RPM for Gas and J/E outboard engine types. The tachometer is grounded and powered by +12 volts DC. By selecting the suitable tach and setting the switch on the back to the proper position, you may tell the tachometer how many pulses per engine revolution. When a malfunction, such as SystemCheck alerts, No Oil, Engine Overheat, Check Engine, or Low Oil, occurs, these tachometers have a built-in warning light system that illuminates warning indicators.
