Shieldsaust-C has a black synthetic rubber tube and cover. It is reinforced with double wire helix imbedded between plies of synthetic cord and is abrasion resistant. It is resistant to exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze, and saltwater. This hose is primarily used for wet exhaust connections with significant bends, engine intake and scupper lines.
Can Easily be Bent into Tight Radius: (Flexibility 1)
This hose meets SAE J2006 Type R2 standards
Designed to give Excellent Service for: Straight Pipe Connector Less than 4 x I.D. of Hose, Straight Pipe Connector More than 4 x 1.D. of Hose, Require Moderate Bend, Severe Bend
