Camco's 4-Bolt Fifth Wheel Adapter Kit are the necessary brackets and hardware needed for installing a universal base rail and bracket kit on a Ford F-250, 350 or 450 '04-'14. It connects the bed rails to the truck frame and is needed in addition to a universal fifth wheel install kit. The adapter kit includes: (2) frame brackets, (4) shims, (4) ½-inch pull wires. The brackets are constructed of durable, powder-coated steel and the hardware is zinc-plated.
