The Sierra 18-5953-1 Alternator Conversion Kit converts model 470 aluminum block Mercruiser engines to an alternator system. The kit includes a new 18-5956 68 AMP alternator, 18-5968 mounting brackets, pulley (8.0" O.D.x2.75"H), wiring, hardware, and instructions. Note: Fuse kit 18-8220 sold separately (required on engines with a Delco starter).
