Sierra's 18-3517 Water Pump Kit does not include the base. It is designed for use with Mercury/Mariner 65 HP (4 Cylinder) through V6 outboards with short-vane impellers. It is also designed for use with Mercruiser I, R, MR, and Alpha stern drives (s/n 2495186-0D469858).
