Eaz-Lift's Puck Style Adapter allows you to install a fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch to industry standard rails. The adapter mounts to OEM puck systems and is compatible with 2010-2019 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 pickup trucks that have an OEM puck system already installed. The adapter accepts Eaz-Lift Fifth Wheel Hitches (16k, 18k, 22k) (stationary and slider) (48623/4/5/6/7/8), as well as the Eaz-Lift Gooseneck Ball and Plate, Rail Mount (48554). A convenient split design reduces the weight of the components, allowing one person to lift, place, install and uninstall the Eaz-Lift adapter. Includes (2) puck adapter assemblies and associated hardware. Constructed of durable, powder-coated steel.
