The 12" ADAPTER can be used on open water and ice fishing. This allows the forward facing transducer to be easily removed from the CT360 pole for storage. One side is attached with a 1/4-20 stainless steel bolt which secures it and the lanyard to the CT360 pole. The lanyard has a stainless steel pin with a u-lock latch to keep the adapter secure to the other section of pole. The pin allows for quick and easy removal.
