SeaStar Front Mount Outboard Steering Systems feature an independent engine tilt for twin installations and a five turns lock-to-lock steering response (1.7 standard system). They are intended for general purpose use with single and multiple engine capability, whit typical applications including center console fishing boats and cruisers. Not recommended for installations where a chopper, cleaver, or surface piercing propeller is used, instances where the engine is highly elevated on the transom, the engine tabs have been removed, the boat speed exceeds 75 mph, or the power exceeds the maximum Coast Guard or M.O.T. recommendations for the boat.
