Whitecap's gas spring bodies are constructed of 316 stainless steel. An O-ring insures proper sealing to force oil toward the orifice piston. Its hydraulic fluid is specially formulated to provide end-of-travel damping. The piston assembly provides precise control during the extension stroke.
