The flush deck mounting bracket is for use with all Scotty post mount rod holders and accessories (Fasteners not included). Features a sealed base for watertight applications and a splash cover. A 1-3/8" diameter hole is required for installation. Dimensions: 4" x 2" x 2". Bolting Dimensions : 1-5/16" x 3-3/16".
