The SA9000DC StrongArm Electric Boat Lift Winch is designed for horizontal pulling and vertical lifting applications. It features 12V DC power and a 3,000 lb. total weight capacity. Includes "power in", "power out", dynamic motor brake, an automatic mechanical friction brake, 25' of 7/32" galvanized aircraft cable and a snap hook. There is no clutch lever, so the winch is only suitable for short-distance vertical lifting application not involving loads where people are present. This electric winch is powered by your vehicle battery, using the included wiring harness (25' of positive battery wire, 8' of ground wire). The high-torque 12V DC motor has circuit-breaker overload protection. It includes an emergency crank handle in case of power loss. Note: This winch has a maximum run time of 4 minutes. See owner's manual for more details. All D-L StrongArm electric winches are built for multipurpose hauling and pulling operations. They are not to be used as hoists for lifting, supporting, or transporting people, or for handling loads over areas where people could be present.
