The Engine Oil Pre-Lube System by Recmar has been developed to prime or pre-lubricate engines to avoid "Dry Start" engine damage during installation. The 5-quart capacity tank, triple-purpose top (oil fill/dip-stick measure/patented pressure release safety lid), 8-foot oil supply hose (rated at 250 psi), and two universal engine connector fittings are all included with this engine pre-lube tank. Pre-lube can be completed in just a few seconds if the tank has been filled with engine oil, pressurized with air (50-100 psi), and the pre-lube oil supply hose is connected to the engine oil sending unit port.
