The Festool Compressed Air Eccentric Sander LEX 3 150/5 is a lightweight& compact and very durable sander that connects quickly and easily to Festool equipment. It weighs just 2.2 lbs. (1 kg)& and features a compressed air vaned motor that delivers 10&000 RPM at 87 PSI (6 bar) through a balanced body that reduces vibration. The 5 mm stroke at 20&000 strokes per minute is excellent for a full range of intermediate to coarse sanding jobs. Stroke rate is clearly marked& making tool selection faster. The on/off button and the speed control wheel are both within easy reach at all times ? you can easily use the sander with one hand.

The Festool Compressed Air Eccentric Sander LEX 3 150/5 sander connects to Festool dust evacuation systems with IAS 3 connecting interfaces. Festool FUSION-TEC sanding pads (150 mm) connect to the sander quickly with one bolt& and feature Jetstream technology where air blown through central passages continually distributes dust and particulates toward the edges of the pads& extending abrasive life. Sanding pads feature a hook and loop system which allows you to quickly remove one abrasive disc and apply another without tools& helps ensure total flexibility through every stage of the work. The sanding pad brake controls pad revolution during no-load states& and saves time by allowing the operator to set the sander down more quickly after use.
